The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch. I will go back to The Fifth Avenue Hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful stay, well appointed rooms and service

Loved the hotel - service was top notch and the room was comfortable and well appointed. My only negative was the service level in the restaurant didn’t match everywhere else. But I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the hotel. It is beautiful inside and out. The staff was lovely and super attentive. The details are what you’d expect from a luxury boutique hotel. The food and atmosphere at the Portrait Bar and the restaurant exceeded expectations.
