Room was relatively clean. Bathroom was nice, shower was alright a few spots, but overall nice shower with good water pressure. Neighborhood was alright, recommend for people traveling in groups. Staff were nice and quick with fulfilling requests.
The staff is excellent. They greet you with a smile. The manager is very attentive and does his best to help you with any concerns. Parking is $30 unless you wish chance parking outside within the area. Rooms were very clean and in order. Unfortunately people smoke in their rooms but their is no control over this.
The room was clean the customer service was great and the place was very quiet

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have heat and a space heater was brought in the room for our stay. Water was also barely lukewarm. However, it was a quiet and spacious stay and easy to commute to all of New York
I have just checked into the hotel, and the first thing I can say is—don’t always believe everything you read in reviews. Based on what I saw online, I had little to no expectations, but from the moment I checked in to actually lying down in my room, this place has drastically surpassed my expectations.
The front desk staff was extremely friendly, which was the complete opposite of what many reviews mentioned. Check-in took less than five minutes—again, the opposite of what I read. Upon entering my room, everything was clean, the bed is extremely large and very comfortable, and the view from the 9th floor is absolutely breathtaking.
I’ll provide another update at the end of my stay, but as of now, I can proudly say that I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends.
no one said you got to pay for parking. and no shower gel or shampoo inside the room!! you cannot park anyway. room was freezing and temperature was 60 inside the room!!! not clean at all
Good location, was clean, but a little beat up and small. The owners were nice and good to work with. Biggest complaint was that the room had zero towels - they said they were out and would bring some in the morning, but never saw any.

Not a bad hotel just decent for a place to sleep. The toilet seat was falling off at the hinges and the curtains are sheer and don’t provide enough privacy.
The light in the bathroom also turns the bathroom fan on which is super noisey. Over all if I needed a cheap place to stay this works but not my first pick.
It was clean enough and bed is comfortable enough which I’m glad. The hotel is a little ran down but over all not the worst.
Came all the way from the Caribbean and your Hotel do not have a "IRON "THAT SO VERY POOR. The lobby area are poor 😫 not even a watercooler. Your service out of ( 1-10) =5 is for the room Excellent. Try and put intercom in all room so the guests can call the front desk for assistance.
Stayed for 7 days yet room was not cleaned once. Room had no glasses. Property very beat up with strange smell in my room I swear was urine. Location is very convenient to get to manhattan. Owners should put a little effort to make the property pleasant.
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone. The front desk staff member was wearing large headphones, focused on her phone, and ignored guests waiting at the desk for several minutes. When we finally received our room keys, they didn’t work. Instead of resolving the issue herself, she sent another staff member to swap one of the keys.
Later, when we asked for breakfast recommendations nearby, her response was simply: “Google has recommendations.” This lack of hospitality was shocking. To make matters worse, on our first night, we were woken up at 1 a.m. by hotel staff loudly arguing with a guest right outside our door because of a payment issue.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disruptive environment made our stay unpleasant from start to finish.
Don’t do it. The positive reviews have to be fake. Doesn’t show up on navigation as it should. Charged $30 upon arrival for no reason. Key didn’t work first time. No towels - literally air dried - funny, but dumb. 2 small square pillows. Very comfy bed. Just spend the extra and get a real room, this place is not for real.
We went down in the morning to request towels and dude literally just added us to a very long list of names and room numbers. We just air dried and got out of there. Literally no towels of any size.
Honestly, it is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. There is no wardrobe, no clothes hangers, no hair dryer and no iron! No any drinks and food! You need to go out to buy everything you need. The AC is not working well so that the room is very hot and noisy! There is no service at all! The staff said they will let the technician check the AC and may consider change a room for us tomorrow. They just gave us some excuse and would not like to handle my issue. They did not come to fix the AC the next day. And they said there is a fitness center in the hotel and dinning room. It is a total lier! No! There is nothing you can find.I was very disappointed at this hotel.
area around it was bellow average. poor neighboorhood but average safe. people in neighboorhood are nice. the holel promise coffee maker ( none) for hot water. do not have that. the hotel is near subway ( really good). there is one microwave in the lobby upstairs. no cups. we had to tell them to do the beds. othewise will not come. beds were clean. the room smell when we arrive. windows cannot open. only airconditioning available for air in. airconditioning worked well. when we arrive, the computer did not work. oh my god. wait, wait. staff used her cellular phone to complete booking. not all staff were knowledgeable. we got double charge for $75 usd. or 103 can. pay at property service fee. they would not let us check in unless the property service fee is payed. .. we will ask expedia for refund. the staff were friendly but not all are train properly. but the system of the hotel is poor. blame the system. wont recomend that to anyone. wont go there again. there are better motels or hotels near by. google the area, less cheaper and more clean.

This was a fine place to stay. In the listing they advertised the room as a King bed but it’s definitely a Double. It said there would be a coffeemaker which wasn’t true. Those things didn’t wreck or stay, but just tell the truth about what you offer. We had to ask for a second pillow and towel set, only 1 provided in a booking for 2 adults. We got a good night’s sleep and the location offers easy subway access.

It's a fairly simple property that seems like a de-branded property. I took a chance because it was value priced and I feel great about my choice. It was clean and much of the space was redone new tile / bathroom and vinyl floor. Simple amenities. Neighborhood was interesting but not dangerous. Lots of food options around and 24hour bodega. Reservation system slowed down the front desk a little bit but they're trying. I would stay there again for the price. 5 minute walk to the subway.
