Bed comfortable, room clean. Located close to the 21st St and Queenbridge subway station making it easy to get into the city ; two delis around the corner and taco truck near by make for good late night eats, fairly safe walking back at night as long as you’re with other people

Honestly for the price it wasn't too bad. When we go there there was some situation with another client that stayed there that was complaining and and one after we were checking out. The people seems to expect too much of a cheap hotel. Honestly I was scared that it might happen to us. But I had no problems during my stay. It was a nice location and there was a train station near the corner was easy to go to Manhattan/Times Square.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was a bit tight but there was enough space. Would definitely recommend specifically for the price!

The check-in receptionist was efficient and nice. Not so the check out one. The room was well arranged and clean, especially the bathroom. Room TV has a very limited selection of channels though. Very good heating system (it was a chilly night in NYC).

It was a quiet place and great for relaxing. However, the towels had stains all over them—at least one of the ones I received did. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay.

Good spacious rooms with air conditioning, easy access to subway about 5 mins away and there are delish and fast food outlets in the local area within minutes. Rates were okay for new York and only 10-15mins to midtown Manhattan

Kinda dirty but close to the subway. Good if you have a show at forest hills or in Manhattan and you’re on a budget. Gross ring of grime under the rim of the sink. Bed seemed clean and I don’t appear to have been visited by bed bugs.

Never staying at this hotel again. I didn’t expect much out of a budget hotel but this was awful. If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. The sheets underneath the covers of the bed were dirty. The toilet paper was wet when I got there. The bathroom was the size of a closet so the sink was small and overflowed easy. The shower curtain didn’t seem to provide much defense against the floor getting wet either. There also wasn’t a clock in the room which I found odd. At least I had my phone and laptop to tell time. The only thing positive I can say about this hotel is that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was close to access public transportation. Staff were helpful. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Keycard stopped working once but they said it was due to it being placed close to a cellphone. Overall not a bad stay.

Old hotel but room was clean. No housekeeping for my room during my three day stay. Light over bathroom sink was out, and was not fixed despite my report to desk. Positives: short walk to subway, and many fast food restaurants within a five minute walk. Price was great.

Run down, deterioration of appliances (wall sockets, toilets, cracked and moldy bathtub). Not cleaned properly. On the edge of a high crime neighborhood The staff were friendly. At least the price could've been lower for what's offered.

Room was relatively clean. Bathroom was nice, shower was alright a few spots, but overall nice shower with good water pressure. Neighborhood was alright, recommend for people traveling in groups. Staff were nice and quick with fulfilling requests.
