The guest rooms are spacious, and the on-site Chinese restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. However, the seating area in the lobby requires immediate attention. The furniture is outdated, heavily stained, and poorly maintained. Additionally, the seating layout is far too cramped for a lobby of this size, forcing guests to sit uncomfortably close to one another. Management should prioritize replacing these furnishings to elevate the property's standards.

Good location for walking to FiDi sights, quiet but restaurants nearby. Not far from subway stops (Fulton to JFK, Wall St.) Complimentary breakfast was handy and had options with some hot food. Clean, comfortable and felt safe. Check in and out was quick, All in all a good experience

Staff were unfriendly and not helpful. It took almost 15 minutes to check in (time standing at the desk) with the girl not saying a word to us. She then shared our room wasn’t ready, but then it became ready a minute later. Attempted to gain information on local attractions and given the cold shoulder. As others stated only 2 elevators - but on your floor they don’t tell you what floor it’s coming from leading to long wait times. Breakfast is simple, but free so a plus. Overall a less than mediocre hotel.
