La chica de recepción parece que está molesta todo el tiempo, era de raza asiática, aún no nos devuelven el dinero del deposito y nos hicieron cobros extra por cuestiones de impuestos y no se que tantas excusas, el cuarto estuvo aceptable, Pero te sacan mucho dinero aparte lo que pagamos por la reservacion

There was no wifi, my room did not come witha tub, and there was no complimentary breakfast.

Booked this for a few cheap nights in NYC. Wasn’t expecting much based on the price and area. But was very surprised. Room was excellent and pretty big for a cheap New York room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Staff were great. Location was a couple of blocks from the closest subway. I felt safe all the time coming in and out at night. There are a number of other hotels adjacent. Would stay there again.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, a dos cuadras del metro, la habitación tiene lo necesario y el baño está en perfectas condiciones. El personal es amable. Únicamente que el elevador no sirvió en toda en la semana de estancia.

Little trouble getting checked in, but they made it up with offering some perks. Close to the Subway and only a few minutes to get to Manhattan. Easy to get to and parking was available at the affiliated hotel across the street for a reasonable price.

La habitación era cómoda, limpia, con su calefacción, el baño limpio y con agua caliente todo bien ahi, lo malo del tiempo de estadía fue que los elevadores no estaban funcionando y nos tocó el piso 8 y tenías que subir por las escaleras lo cual si era bastante cansado

Upon arrival, I was informed the elevator was out of service. There was no TV remote control in the room, but the staff promptly took care of that. Water pressure in shower wasn’t up to par. Bed was comfy, and bedding clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Elevator was not working and it stayed out of service for entire 5 days of my stay. Also the queen room I took was very small. It’s meant for a single person, not for two as there was hardly any space to move

La muchacha del primer día fue amable. Sin embargo nos asignaron una habitación en un piso 7 y no servía el ascensor. Mi estadía era por 5 días y obviamente después que vienes de caminar todo New York, lo menos que quieres es tener que subir escaleras… Nos pudieron asignar una habitación en unos pisos más abajo para el día siguiente, no era la maravilla pero por lo menos teníamos que subir menos pisos… Esa segunda habitación, en cuanto a tamaño estaba bien pero el colchón súper duro, la verdad no logramos descansar bien… Si lo vas a usar para pasar una noche está pasable pero no lo recomiendo para una larga estadía…

No hot running water . Elevator was down all day & my room was on the 8th floor . When I finally made it up the 8 flights of stairs the keycard was not activated .

Elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up and down 5 flights. At check in the lady on the desk was very rude and not only to us other guests as well. There was a shower head in the bathroom but it didn’t work. We had to buy a stopper to get a bath in the tub. We had to buy cleaner to clean tub sink and toilet. One good thing the lady at the desk when we checked out was very accommodating. Was definitely not worth what we paid for. We should get some type of refund compensation. Worst experience ever.

As of Christmas 2025: elevator was broken. My room was on 7th floor. No lights on one of the two stairs. No hair dryer and no phone in the room to ask for service. The staff took my driver license and don't give me back until the next day. One good thing was I could leave my bag in the lobby before checking in.

Utterly baffled by the one-star drama queens. Housekeeping every 3 nights or on request? Clearly stated at booking and check-in—guess literacy is optional these days. Spotless room, strong Wi-Fi, hot shower, comfy bed, everything functional. Staff friendly, neighborhood quiet and safe. This is a budget hotel in a residential area near transit—not a $500/night Soho spa with daily towel art and endless drawers. Whining about ‘no storage’ or it being ‘basic’? Darling, you booked the cheap rate; expectations don’t come with upgrades. Perfect value: clean, comfy, convenient, zero pretensions. I’d return in a flash. Ideal for adults who can read descriptions and manage realism.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly but it appears the hotel ahs new management so they were often not up to speed on everything in the hotel. One person told me there was no coffee served and someone else told me there was. Parts of the hotel are being renovated and the elevator was out of service during my short stay. The shower was really small and the water leaked out even with the shower curtain. My room was in the back and near the HVAC unit so it was loud and not a great view. Fine for one person and the price was ok for a holiday weekend but nothing fancy for sure.

Proximity to subway is probably the main selling point. Clean rooms but quite small with only a bed, minifridge, and bathroom, no where to hang coats or store items.
