More than excellent services from all the staff ! Concierge always there to help if you need . Fitness center always kept clean by staff after each individual training session! Super job. Thanks to Faith to make it happen. Clean room, felt fresh air, good sleep. Highly recommended hotel. Sad to ear that the lobby restaurant has closed. It was certainly an added value to the hotel when it was in operation. Normand

The best hotel I've ever been to hands down. The location is extraordinary at Columbus Circle, you can get to anywhere in New York with the metro station a few steps aways. Whole Foods and Target are right there as well as coffee shops and stores. The staff and service is phenomenal, rooms are clean and wonderful, the views of NY from the room are gorgeous. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier. Seeing my wife with a smile on her face the whole trip because of how pampered she felt was so worth it. Service from the valets, the concierges, bell boys, cleaning staff, etc is superb. We made the right choice as all of this made this trip feel magical.

The Mandarin Oriental is first class and has a fantastic view of Central Park. After the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, this is a wonderful place to recharge and relax. The Christmas decorations were great and the kids loved the North Pole Post Office and chocolate. We would definitely come back.
