Super helpful and friendly staff! We had a quiet and clean stay. Super pleased to arrive and learn that we were upgraded to a family suite which ended up working out better for my group! Great location and price- would stay here again!

It's a great location in the LES, just a few blocks from Chinatown, several places to eat within walking distance, Target and Trader Joe's is nearby and it's just a cool area of NYC. The hotel room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I'd stay there again.

Room is clean and place is worth to try. Beautiful scenery and very accessible. Breakfast could be better but theres a lot of restaurants nearby, 2 minutes walk from golden restaurant.

Property location is perfect place to compute to Newyork City, but room is very small for 4 people and we didn’t enjoyed their breakfast. No phone at room to call front desk and every time we have to go and ask them if we need anything. My kids disappointment by the room size and could not able to sleep due to ventilation. May be good for solo or couple travelers.

Our overall experience was okay as we were little bit dissatisfied with the size of the room for 3 adults as it was bit congested. Also the breakfast was nothing outstanding. The photos of the bedroom was enlarged in picture shown on Expedia rather than what was in reality .If we had known this earlier ,we would have booked 2 rooms.
