The location is perfect as it has easy access to major areas in town. However, the AC in the eating area cools directly on your legs while eating which is very discomforting. The chairs also needs to be replaced as most of them are worn out.

What an excellent location 31st at Penn station between 6th and 7th Ave. they have parking services across street, 80 bucks a day. They have a GOOD late check out of noon and LONG breakfast time from 6 to 10. Wish there was more room in breakfast area. They have Good coffee. Rooms were clean and they were cleaned every day, very friendly staff. EASY ACCESS TO SUBWAY, LIRR, NJ TRANSIT AND AMTRAK.

Clean, well maintained room. Friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located near Penn station and lots of food and shopping places. Just a heads up, the view out our 2nd floor window was a homeless man with old furniture piled right across the street. If that would bother you, maybe request a room on a higher floor. I would stay at this hotel again.
