He’s really the best .Krieg Thompson was fantastic also we wasn’t able to get the VIP PACKAGE but he understood and didn’t try to force it on us. I would come back but would be more pacific in what type of room I want ."

"My airport taxi was unable to park at the curb, and the Porter would not let him wait for me to get my bag. This has caused considerable inconvenience. With the exception of J, the concierge, no one in the hotel was able to provide even a few minutes charge for my phone. The front desk was helpful when I could not find my glasses. The area is incredibly loud, the view poor, but the Bourbon Restaurant is nice. There is a lot of skunkweed smell surrounding the exterior perimeter of the hotel so keep that in mind. I would avoid staying here again and regrettably cannot recommend even though the staff is very friendly and tries to help."
