Everything went perfect they also let us check in about 4 hours early which was perfect cause we arrived a lot earlier than expected.Quick and smooth check in and up to the rooms to pass out for a while. Room was perfect no complaints at all.

The Hotel was nice & clean. The staff was very friendly, The house keepers was very polite, We wasn’t ready fit them to clean the room, we gave them a time to come back & the did, did an awesome job!! This was my 2nd time staying & will definitely stay agin.

The hotel was very nice and had great amenities. The location is perfect and make it easy to walk up to 25 minutes to the main attractions. Only issue was the toilet handle had want flushing properly which I was able to fix and were given dirty towels a couple times which they rectified.

Overall, our stay was good, the rooftop terrace was nice , and the hotel was very clean. I should mention that there is a visible homeless population within view of the hotel; but, the hotel has a security office posted outfront of the hotel and we never felt unsafe during our stay.

Great hotel downtown NO. Clean rooms, great pool and rec room. Bed was to die for, sooo...comfortable. Staying again after our 7 day cruise. Hotel restaurant is alittle pricey - but everything in NO is pricey. Would recommend this hotel above others for one night stay or week long trip!
