"Très gros complexe hôtelier avec de multiples bus qui font la navette avec l’aéroport Narita. Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambres petites mais impeccables et très fonctionnelles. Tout est prévu et bien organisé. Rien ne manque. Excellent buffet déjeuner gratuit."

"I rated the hotel with the service, which was excellent. Quick & easy check in, very helpful staff, friendly. Buffet breakfast was well worth it, really good selection of food, and the food was delicious. Bed was not too bad, if you like firm beds. Hotel is a bit run down, but for what you pay for, its definitely worth it, and close to narita airport with a free hotel shuttle."
