Rooms are clean and this hotel has super duper friendly staff who makes you feel very welcoming! Great service team. Corridors are a bit dark though as the hotel has a cinematic theme.

The staff was absolutely first rate. I’ve travelled all over the world and they were really special. The room was great - big bathtub and shower, comfy bed and pillows. Awesome location in the heart of Myeongdong, but couldn’t hear a thing up in my 5th floor room. I won’t stay anywhere else if I make it back to Seoul.

Very friendly and helpful staff with hotel literally in the heart of myeongdong shopping area. Hotel is very modern and clean and very close to subway stations. Free daily mini bar replenishments was a surprising feature.

Fabulous boutique hotel in an amazing location! Friendly staff and service. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities (Dyson hair dryer, complimentary mini fridge items, fantastic linens). Highly recommended and when we go back to Seoul we will stay here again!
