"The staff at Fraser Place were the kindest and most helpful, they all smiled and if you asked them a question they’d answer quickly and efficiently, if they didn’t know the answer they would find one. My room was cleaned every day. The food was amazing too and not too expensive. It is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in."

"Shilla Hotel was a really great stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service cleaned up at a timely manner. The staff service was exceptional helping me with anyquestions and concerns I had . The amenities were lack luster besides the breakfast. The rooms needed a microwave and the Air conditioning work but when you needed to lower to the temperature to cool of the room it wouldn’t. The breakfast on the under hand was ten out of ten for sure. The diversity in food in the morning was a delight . If I was to rate my stay it would be 3.5 out of 5 stars ."

"The room where clean and had a great location ... only that. the temperature on the room was kept at 28-30C the whole day. it was so hot to be on the room to sleep or rest, but ofcourse the lobby where the employees where at was kept nice and cool. however there was no sitting area to be able to sit in the lobby to enjoy the cool air. if you tried to sit on the restaurant empty chairs they would kick you out saying in private property.... but i guess the hotel doesn't own the restaurant that is didn't next to the check in counter. won't comment to stay here at all if you are planning to go during late spring or summer time. "
