"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better—right in the center of Myeongdong and directly in front of the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul or catching transportation.
The staff were also a highlight of my stay. They were helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I appreciated their hospitality.

"The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed for 7 days, although the cleaning person came in to make sure the room was in order, i used the same bed sheet for that 7 days. Over all it's a good place to stay, i love the balcony view as well."
"The service wasn’t meets my expectations. The staff was not impressed. One day the housekeeper cleaned my room at 17:30 and I told her to come back in 30 min cuz I will take a shower. She answered me can’t wait because she want to go home :( While the concierge and receptionist are let me carry my 2 suitcases by myself. I will not stay in this hotel again."
