"Beautiful lobby. we were upgraded to larger end room which was very appreciated. The room was very spacious. The toilet was a smart toilet with heated seats. The hotel restaurant has good tasty food and reasonable prices. Definitely will stay again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the manager Sasitorn Ploddee (better) . She was incredibly kind, caring, and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. It is rare to find such genuine and dedicated hospitality. The hotel’s location is a dream—it sits right by a serene lake and is located on the most beautiful beach in Phuket. The pool area is nestled against a forest, creating a cozy, rustic, and very peaceful atmosphere. If...

"Book it. You won’t be disappointed. 7-11 is minutes away by foot. Food and massages and laundry the same. Nai Harn is walkable. Resort is peaceful and the dip pool is awesome. Restaurant is amazing and meal sizes are large. Employees are friendly, helpful and have good English. "

"I think they need to improve of check in process. Pretty take time and if we did not ask when we got the room, maybe they did not come to us.
The weather is hot , and your service made hotter, we came to sit the first one in air - con room but your team served our welcome drink 30 min later and after the second the person came after us.
The rest were good , room and in room dining servers were friendly.
Basically the check out , we knew 12.00 pm. And this is the first place in the world as...
