Good hotel, clean and good value

The hotel is well positioned for the beach and restaurants. Although the pool is lovely there is too much grass and not enough sun beds and the restaurant is a little souless. A lot could be done to encourage people to have a pre dinner drink etc. didn’t go to the rooftop bar as on my last stay it wasn’t open . There is a nice wine bar next door which must be taking business away from the hotel

Free breakfast not very good, Pool is awful. Poor access and limited pool loungers, Rooms sparsely furnished. flakey WiFi, walk from room to Entrance is dangerous in beach sandels. Close to Nai Harn beach which is extremely crowded when we were there. We Checked out early as we did not like the experience.

Man wird empfangen wie in einer Jugendherberge. Es waren 2 Damen an der Reception. Es werden 2000Thb als Kaution verlangt, wenn im Zimmer was beschädigt wird. Dann wird aufgezeigt was man alles nicht darf. Ansonsten gibt's Strafe! Das Zimmer ist eigentlich schön müffelte aber. Ganz schlimm finde ich die gebrauchten Badeschlappen im Zimmer. Soll man die wirklich benutzen? Das Bett und die Bettdecke waren nicht besonders angenehm. Sieht man genauer hin, ist die Sauberkeit nicht so gut. Die Polster am Balkon und auf den Stühlen haben Flecken. Das Geländer ist auch nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Noch1-2Jahre dann ist das Hotel leider heruntergekommen, wenn sich nichts ändert. Die Rooftop Bar ist geschlossen. Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich. Es wirkte gleichgültig und gelangweilt.

Facilities and staff really good.

Spacious quiet, clean room with basic but functional fit out. Staff friendly and always ready to assist. Both a large spa pool and standard swimming pool Really good local restaurants within easy walking distance, good beach also within easy walking distance.

Best choice in Nai Harn Beach

Un hôtel, très récent à Nai Harn Beach, situé au bout du lac. Le personnel est très efficace et discret à la fois (front office et restaurant du petit déjeuner, a special THANK to Phaeng and the young Trainee), une chambre spacieuse avec une décoration contemporaine avec belle terrasse , vue piscines. Tout était parfait !
