"Upon searching for places to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I saw others rated Kin Hotel 10/10. The reviews all looked great. When I stayed, it did live up to all the expectations of 10/10.

"Overall it was great. The staff are great, and made the experience a good memory. But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance.
Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced...
"Specifically, Hyatt hotels never disappoint my family. As far as my family is concerned, Park Hyatt Saigon is probably one of the best we've ever stayed in. Being first timers to Ho Chi Minh city, we were privileged to enjoy friendly, professional and attentive staff from check-in till -out. The pool was amazing and poolside staff's awareness of our needs was very good. The area(s) around the hotel were very attractive and are well within walking distance for dining and shopping. "Amazing location. Hardly 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, made to order eggs with wide variety of fruits n breads.
Easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is through Grab app, which cost @ 90000 Dg or CAD $5
Overall a nice clean hotel with affordable price."
