"Shabby and tired but clean. There were parts of the blind missing on the bathroom window and the handle had come off the window lock. The whole room, bathroom and kitchen needs a facelift but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard! A bit of TLC would make all the difference. We didn’t use the facilities but the reception area was pleasant."

"Easy to get to. The bed was a bit low, but that was for the handicapped room and I do have mobility problems. Otherwise it was a fine stay."

"Arrival was Good and at 3pm we could access our room. The hotel itself was in a great location and all staff friendly. For an exec twin room it wasn’t that clean it was fine for purpose but had I been staying more than one night I would have asked for better bathroom cleaning standards. Breakfast was plentiful and good"

"Sara was a wonderful host, great English breakfast every morning and beautiful country views!"

"No concierge to help with baggage, just arrived from a 13 hour flight with 4 bags, no one to assist in with baggage from taxi or to the room, I am 75 years old and just recovering from surgery, not what I expected. Water pressure in the bathroom very week, Hotel just refurbished, noticed that the mirror in the bathroom was old with the silver backing showing through on corners. Shower hand set clamped to the riser pipe making it difficult to use. No fridge in room, needed this for...

"Yes!"

"Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily."

"Walk is 15 minutes to tube"

"A great find. Quirky in places, but the room was filled to the brim with amenities. Even a little outside terrace which was handy in the sunny weather. Breakfast was lovely, along with the friendly character serving it. Well placed for the Elizabeth line and easy to find off the motorway as well."

"Staff is nice, but room not well cleaned."

"👍"

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"
