"Shabby and tired but clean. There were parts of the blind missing on the bathroom window and the handle had come off the window lock. The whole room, bathroom and kitchen needs a facelift but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard! A bit of TLC would make all the difference. We didn’t use the facilities but the reception area was pleasant."

"The hotel is set in really lovely grounds, but the rooms really need a refurbishment.
:) The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the parking was plentiful.
:( the room was dated and although it was clean enough, it needs some TLC."

"No concierge to help with baggage, just arrived from a 13 hour flight with 4 bags, no one to assist in with baggage from taxi or to the room, I am 75 years old and just recovering from surgery, not what I expected.
Water pressure in the bathroom very week,
Hotel just refurbished, noticed that the mirror in the bathroom was old with the silver backing showing through on corners.
Shower hand set clamped to the riser pipe making it difficult to use.
No fridge in room, needed this for...

"The hotel is well located for Business in the Greenford area. It has a fairly large car park with plenty of parking spaces, which is accessible by barrier. "The staff at the reception were very helpful and very friendly, making you feel welcome. The room was quite a standard sort of layout, but it was clean. Metres were good, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, so a good night's sleep. The pub next door for evening meal and for breakfast was excellent. Good selection of beer, extremely...

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"
