"Great staff, very clean room, great location!"

"The room was clean and modern. Bed was super comfortable and terrific rain shower. The hotel was 17 stories, but with only maybe 6 rooms per floor so reminded me of a European hotel. They had a coffee machine, kettle & refrigerator in each room. The front staff was lovely, particularly Emily & Jennifer. Excellent location, close to subway stations, lots of restaurants (including eataly across the street) and very safe. Broadway/Times Square a straight walk up 6th ave in about 25 minutes. ...

"El Hotel ya es viejo, pero tiene una excelente ubicación me dieron upgrade de habitación la atención es regular porque sólo hay una persona en la Recepcion y a veces no está pero en general bien el Upgrade de habitación le dio un plus y aparte tiene muy buena vista, porque de un lado las habitaciones ven al Edificio Chrysler y del otro lado al Empire State. Entonces eso es un gran plus y la ubicación también es excelente abajo a maquinita de café todo el día hay microondas refri y una maquinita...

"O hotel superou minhas expectativas. Apesar de o quarto ser compacto, é muito bem projetado e aproveita cada espaço com inteligência. Silencioso. Tudo estava muito organizado e impecavelmente limpo. Os serviços também são muito bons. O espaço social no subsolo é um diferencial bastante agradável, bem resolvido e convidativo. Como ponto de melhoria, embora a proposta tecnológica seja interessante, o sistema de automação da iluminação, cortinas e TV está um pouco datado. O iPad disponibilizado...

"The staff was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality that was shown was top tier. Adunni at the front desk was very professional and assisted my daughter and I with instructions on riding the subway. Mrs. Caroline Bálson in house keeping is so precious and kind. She made sure our room was cleaned to perfection and always asked if we needed anything. She has such a sweet and loving spirit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. "
