"The staff was non accommodating and made me feel like my needs and expectations weren’t important. My wife’s birthday and she didn’t like the view as she wanted to see more of the water and less of the ugly inner city . I was told no they couldn’t get us a room with a better view although I was willing to pay an additional cost."

"I stayed in the New Orleans building. The room was clean but very outdated. More motel than Atlantic City high priced hotel. Parking is $25 a day. No free parking with a casino card. None of the shops are opened late. Showboat is a family friendly hotel. So if you’re not into that and need the slots, don’t bother. Or stay if it’s cheap and get some air and walk to the place you really need to be."

"Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone, Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue. "
