"Wonderful and kind staff, helpful with directions and quick check in and easy card drop off for fast check out. Fresh and clean room, feels safe and comfortable and is close to all modes of transportation. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved my stay!"

"Our room had two queen beds that were not acceptable for any human. It was like sleeping in a board on both beds. They were able to move us eventually but we had to stay in the room for two nights. Neither of us could sleep. "

"I had a really bad experience in the food and bar area! I bent my knees and put them on the couch, and someone told me, "Hey, you put your feet down!" Really? That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars."

"First, let me say the pictures on the website are not representative of what I saw. The rooms are very small and there is no central air. It was very hot in the room and we had to open the window to get air in there and hope a pigeon didn't fly in. Also, there is no bar in the hotel, which is not what is represented in pictures. I will say that it was very clean and the staff was great but overall I thought this hotel is overrated and overpriced for what I experienced. No hooks in the bathrooms and nowhere to hang wet towels. "

"Clean rooms and maintenance, cleaning & security staff very friendly. Check in guy was miserable and gave us no information on check in whatsoever. In room dining the worst I’ve experienced anywhere. Could let it go if it was reasonably priced but it isn’t. The location and view of Times Square was great but that’s all this hotel really has to offer. No explanation on check out of fees incurred. "
