"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"The location was great. Good size room for NYC. It was quiet. Has a cute bar. Would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing stay. Will never stay anywhere else! Very centrally located to experience all New York has to offer"

"Good"

"Used to be my favorite place to stay. Almost seems as though once Marriott got involved it has lost its charm. warmth of staff is gone, rooms take forever to be cleaned. Workman pounding outside windows before 6 a.m. When they were new there was a lot of attention to detail. Not any more."

"The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the room had no window and was very dark and claustrophobic as a result. Breakfast was ok but there was not a big choice, I had a croissant on day 1 but by day 2 they had run out of croissants so the choice was even less. There were no bedside tables as not enough room, and no glasses for drinking in the room, just plastic cups in the bathroom. "Great choice for 5th Avenue. The location is great for shopping. The hotel room is comfort with a warm atmosphere."

"Staff were delightful"

"英語がわからなかった私に、スタッフのジョンさんが丁寧にお部屋の案内していただき、初日から安心してすごせました。客室はすっきりとした清潔感があり、スタッフさんも全員フレンドリーで親切で安心してすごせました。コーナーのパークビューでしたが、ブライアントパークとビル群見渡せて解放感ある景色は素晴らしかったです。朝すぐにブライアントパークを散歩できる体験はニューヨークのよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"Excellent location, good selection of breakfast items, helpful staff"

"Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day."

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"Loved our stay!"

"The hotel is in a great location, close to many of New York’s main attractions. Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) are all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, with elegant furniture and a stylish interior. Overall, a lovely place to stay while exploring the city."
