"Well appointed Hotel. Very good Services by concierge and doorman Clean Rooms and generally nice service. Loved the Christmas Carolers the hot Chocolate and hot cider in the front foyer Proximity wall the attractions and public transportation a huge plus"

"Und hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen! Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber das kann man auf den Bildern deutlich erkennen. Das süße Frühstück war auch genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren super und alle im Hotel auch wirklich nett. Die junge Frau, welche das Frühstück herrichtet und auch Reinigungskraft ist, ist besonders positiv durch ihre Nettigkeit ausgefallen! Die Lage ist auch wirklich super, man kann das Rockefeller Center innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten...

"The staff is outstanding. My wife left her ring on the bedside table. We called on the way home. They immediately sent someone to the room to retrieve the ring. We sent them a self addressed envelope and a few days later the ring arrived back at our home. A lot of hotels would not have done this."

"Such a cute little room!! Very efficient use of space. Full size bunk twin beds with private bath and quiet. Very clean, excellent staff, free morning coffee in the resto/ bar off of lobby, great location within walking distance of so many “must-see”places plus Grand Central for subway. Definitely recommend and would stay there again next time I’m in NYC."

"Amazing location! Also, the amenities such as the espresso machine or the refillable water bottles were very nice touches! I had read that some people said the room sizes were small but I found them to be quite sizable for a midtown hotel and comfortable overall (our party had both standard and terrace rooms). The front of house was so nice and very helpful. Would stay here again in a second!!"

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"Friendly staff, clean hotel"

"Our room was at the rear of the hotel and very quiet although it was very close to Times Square etc. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay. A good choice of options were on the menu for both breakfast and dinner and the food was very good. All the staff were courteous and polite. We would have no problem recommending this hotel. The Irish bar next door was pretty good too!!"
