Good stay location for JFK Airport transfer

Staffs are friendly and very convenient to go to hotel and return back to JFK airport by using its shuttle bus service.

When I first arrived and checked in I was told that parking was an additional $25. However there are no spots available being that I found out upon checking I could have been screwed if the man next door didn't let me park in there a lot for an additional fee. My original room was filthy and did not have any heat however when I went to the front desk the young girl working could not have been more sympathetic and polite and gave me another room which was much cleaner, working heat, and a very comfortable bed.

Perfect stay for JFK vicinity if you need a place with enough space for privacy morning breakfast and absolute actuality of convenience so it is price range is better but for price range it could be made better but for that require amount spend so consider it a motel near to the airport

Staff was fine, room was clean, but more like a basement, with a too small window above eye level, overlooking the mechanical equipment on the roof, which was incredibly noisy. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana, and there were condoms for sale in the vending machines, so not family -friendly.

This hotel was in a “perfect storm” - road construction went on all night. Rooms VERY out dated in every way. They were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff also was great but overall NOT a good experience

Our 1-night stay at this hotel met our needs and expectations for a convenient, affordable place to sleep close to JFK, with shuttle service. While the decor needs refreshing, our suite was spacious, clean and the bed was much more comfortable than often seen in a budget hotel. Both shuttle drivers were welcoming and courteous. Check-in went smoothly. Not impressed with the breakfast, but when the coffee is hot, life is good!

Hotel is dated but near the airport and room was clean. Be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs to access room elevator. A couple of issues but the maintenance staff was helpful. However, the shuttle driver with the Jamaican accent was EXTREMELY rude, belittling, and discourteous and needs basic training on customer service.

We stayed for 10 hours on an overnight layover from JFK. The staff was nice and the shuttle was helpful to and from federal circle. The rooms are very old and it was loud from the outside noise. Wouldn’t stay there for any other reason than a layover but it was fine for a bed and shower.
