"Amazing!!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel which has maintained it's old-world charm. The staff were all so preofessional but also genuinely warm and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds and linens very comfortable and the bathrooms updated but blended well with the decor. The rooftop bar/restaurant has wonderful views and again very clean with excellent coffee and food. The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan which makes anything you have planeed easy to access."

"Came in for the NYC Marathon and had a six day stay here and it was very nice. It was in a great location, close to 5th Ave. shopping, and near subway stations. Close to Rockefeller Ctr and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Positives: The staff was great, especially Regina. She was so helpful and friendly. They even texted us the day before the Marathon to remind us to bake in extra time to our daily activities because it was going to be a crazy, crowded day. The room staff remade the room each day, and...

"The staff is what makes this property"

"Everything was great! The location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lady working at the front desk after 10 PM, who was quite rude. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"Dingy. The staff tried. I wouldn’t stay there again but the location was amazing. Walsall’s were paper thin."

"Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and cozy with a sophisticated vibe. The breakfast food options are very good with the exception of the coffee which tasted terrible. I liked the tasteful decorations in the rooms and the bathrooms were very nice with plush towels. It is fairly quiet considering where the hotel is (conveniently) located for Broadway shows and near Times Sq. However, because of the way the bathroom 'windows' are designed you can...

"It is a private property with restricted access to the rooms ; there is always someone at the door to help with whatever you might need, from a transport to recommendations. Housekeeping is done every day. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great Lavazza pods coffee and bottles of water. And most important, there is human help available, not apps or recorded voices."

"Great choice for 5th Avenue. The location is great for shopping. The hotel room is comfort with a warm atmosphere."

"Quiet for being in NYC. Shopping, metro, restaurants, groceries all close by. Comfy robes too!"

"Great location, helpful staff, and very comfy beds"
