"Stay far away from this hotel. They gave me a room where the bathroom was so small that I had to straddle the sink to use the toilet. Also, no matter when I returned back to the hotel, there was always a long line for the 3 elevators that operated at a snales pace. The only thing it has for it is the location but there are many hotels in the area., Stay in one of them."

"Pay attention to the elevators when you press you floor. It tells you what elevator to catch. Not sure the issues that people had.. catch the correct elevator and you have zero issues. "

Thank you and we wol be back ! Toy and the entire team rock oh and the extra special touches with your partnership with the cafe / restaurants were perfect as we ate at all three …and the elegant mothers say touch with photo opportunities were priceless as we were here for a mommy and daughter annual trip ! "Room was quite small, no room to even open a suitcase anywhere. Bathroom was also very cramped. The bedding and sheets were not comfortable. The room was clean though and staff were nice. Good location."

"Very surprised that the price was so high for the room. I had stayed here previously before "the renovations" and the room rate was much more reasonable. The one plus I have always found here was that the room was large especially if you need two queen size beds. I did tell the front desk that I had asked for a toothbrush for my daughter which never came. For almost $1,000 per night, I would stay elsewhere."
