"We loved our stay at Illi tex Aoyama! Real easy to get around and station was a quick 5 min walk. Right down the road from the Baseball stadium. The apartment itself was amazing and we really enjoyed heading back to rest after long walking days.
Probably my favourite area with jingumae only 8 min walk away. Will stay again! Thanks for having us. 5 stars! "
"Great location (directly adjacent) to the National Stadium and within walking distance (2-5 minutes) of numerous trains for quick and easy access to all of the amazing sights of Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 16 day Japan visit (Family of 4). Rooms are small (typical for Major cities) and double pane windows block out all outside noises. Views from all of the rooms are good except those on low floors looking directly at the highway."
"We had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location was excellent — the metro station was just nearby, making it super convenient to get around the city. Would definitely recommend to others!

"This was a trip to memory lane, because I used to stay at this property in the 1980s when I imported machinery from Japan. It also was an opportunity to introduce my new wife to Japan for the first time. Although some things change, (like the recorded sound of birds chirping in the hallway in the morning), but not the friendliness and attention to detail of every staff member we interacted with. You can build the nicest hotel, but without the nicest people it is just a building.
Thanks for a...
"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...
"Great self service hotel. Great for a family although keep in mind it is one big room, so difficult to enjoy the place once our kids were asleep. Room 5 or 6 are the best, because in the lower rooms the sound of people walking (jumping!) above can keep you awake at night. Excellent washing machines"
"This is a decent priced hotel seconds from the subway station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.
The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. The A/C was powerful as it had to be in such heated weather. The bed was very comfortable and all the important personal products were present and working.
No usb charging so make sure you bring your own although there is in the super cafe downstairs which had some very tasty treats at reasonable prices and...
"Very large hotel, there was plenty of food and shopping options inside the building. Staff was super helpful, made checkin/checkout quick, were very professional, and helped us with our bags. The room itself was pretty good. Pretty spacious with a nice tv and good sized bathroom, and they left complimentary candies with a welcome note which was a nice touch. There's a small convenience store and coffee shop in the building as well which is helpful. Definitely a hotel on the fancier side if...
