"The hotel is very modern and well-maintained. The front desk was very helpful. I needed help with a restaurant reservation. I was having trouble making a call, they called for me, the staff at the restaurant did not speak English, the staff helped translate for me..I thought that was very nice.

Do not expect to use the airport shuttle unless you reserve several days ahead of time.
Upon arrival we waited 45 minutes for a pick up then took a taxi.
Upon arrival, we tried to schedule tue shuttle back and it was fully booked until early afternoon the following day so we took an Uber back to the airport."

"Nice hotel close to the airport. 15 mins walk to El retiro. Nice Reims although sink was kind of clogged or at least water run slowly. Walkable area with a market across and around it. A few places to grab a sandwich or coffee very close. Nice staff."

"Property is new and very isolated. Queues to check in and out were exceptionally long on both occasions I have stayed here. Staff were very professional but irritations such as NO WAKE-up service and restrictions in using the One-way airport shuttle service spoiled what could be a splendid short stopover property"
