"For some reason I was given a disability adapted room, and although it was lovely and comfortable and large, spacious etc, the bathroom sink was too low for me and also too small, and the seat in the shower was in the way but the fact it was ground floor suited my needs and don’t really have a negative impact on my stay as we stated for evening meal and breakfast. "It’s a good hotel in the centre of the city . Very clean. I had the room on 2 nd floor and strived bit late from meeting. There was a gentleman outside the door smoking who got me-in and checked in. I asked for fire door etc and he told me . The room was clean , there was a kettle but no tea cups saucers ! No bins in the room or toilet. There was only one plug right under the table which was difficult to get to. Soap dispenser in shower was not working. If you can sort these little things , it...

"After many years of attending this well appointed hotel finally i got an upgrade. The hotel is well situated for walks along Shakespeare's smug Trent. The Burton Bridge Brewery is over the road. Town centre a short walk. Parking more than adequate. I think if you can put up with the road noise of a weekend its one of the best hotels in town.
