It was down a dark alley, it was filthy and it smelt awful. It did not match the pictures, the only lock on the door was a code so anyone who knew it could enter and the room was nothing like the picture. We paid for an en-suite but were told we were not allowed to use it. We arrived on time but no one picked up the phone until 1 minute past 8, when technically we were late for check-in (which finished at 8). The owner refused to speak on the phone and insisted on WhatsApp so he could send a video. When we sent a message explaining the condition of the property we were ignored (he did see the message but left it on read). We felt so unsafe and it was so unclean that we had to find emergency accomodation elsewhere. We are still trying to get some money back.

Esperienza da non rifare...

Inizialmente ci hanno spostati da una casa all'altra con poco tempo di anticipo, difatti abbiamo notato la mail una volta arrivati sotto la casa che hanno cambiato... Non é arrivato nessun messaggio o altro, nonostante avessero il numero e potevano benissimo contattare da lí per non far fare un viaggio inutile (che alla fine abbiamo fatto). Il ragazzo che ci ha "accolto" (anche se all inizio mandava solo video perché era in giro per altri clienti) ci ha poi fatto tornare nella casa stabilita perché non avevamo il bagno privato e le condizioni di quella casa erano scarse. Sporcizia, elettrodomestici non funzionanti... Siamo riusciti ad arrangiarci ma é stata una settimana un po' sofferta, diciamo. Se dovete stare per piú giorni é sconsigliatissima, perché l'igiene non é il punto forte di questa guest house. Mi aspettavo di meglio, almeno di pulizia... eppure ho dovuto passare un giorno intero a pulire e disinfettare tutto perché era molto sporco.
