Perfect for what we needed

I noticed the 1 star review a week before we were due to arrive, so got me worried. Didn’t notice any of the bad points on the review when we stayed. Yes you couldn’t get out the back door but it was for emergency use only and led to a fire escape (I guess the previous reviewers were smokers and couldn’t be bothered to walk down a flight of stairs). 8 of us stayed, worked well as we had a wedding 15 min walk away. Great location for food and stations/tubes. 3 couples and two lads shared the sofa bed. Only one bathroom but we worked around it. Overall pretty happy with the flat and priced we paid.

Collection of keys was very straightforward. Although it was noted that there were various properties, would have helped to know in advance exactly where we were staying as we ended up quite far away from the tube station, which was difficult with kids. Property was modern and reasonably clean. Had a musty smell and all windows had been left opened when we arrived. Plenty to do around but as I say, not great if you have kids and need to be closer to key transport links.

The apartment was tatty. The table was broken, the dining chairs were broken, there was no key for the back door, the duvets were ripped - overall the apartment was very tired and was not up to the standard expected. As 3 professional people who booked the apartment to attend an exhibition at Excel it really didn't provide the quality and comfort expected considering the price we paid to rent. Pictures are not a true reflection of the actual apartment. Will not be using this apartment again.

Appartamento un pò lasciato andare, non sporco, ma in quelle condizioni non dava una sensazione di pulizia. Check-in lontano rispetto all'appartamento, scomodo sopratutto se si hanno valigie o se si arriva a tarda notte. Eravamo in 4 ma c'erano asciugamani per 2 e solo 3 cuscini. Ho scritto ed il giorno dopo hanno lasciato le cose mancanti. Insomma poteva andare meglio.

Tricky finding the place as the key pick up is at a different location. (I should have read the fine print on key collection point) Location is great. Box Park is great for alternative food choices. Had a lovely stay.

The apartment is really nice and clean but in a country where winter is on for almost 4 months but nonhot water is very depressing. The shower curtain doesnt go all the way down so it makes a lot of water on the floor. The blind doesnt go all the way to the right. There was only 1 folk. The button to operate the stove keeps going off. The towels were so small. The check in office is way too far from the apartment. Very disappointing for guests to walk in the rain and cold after long flights. Must have a trf van on stand by to Trf guests after check in

Lage super; für ein Apartment fehlten leider grundlegende Dinge: Löffel, Töpfe - auch nach erfolgter Bitte einen größeren Topf zu liefern passiert leider nichts..... Betten und sonstiges waren in Ordnung. Das Müllerproblem direkt vor der Haustür scheint ein "Londonproblem" zu sein, war aber nach einigen Tagen sehr unangenehm.

Overall an okay apartment, but location terrible

Overall, our stay at the London Centre Apartments was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides to our stay. First of all, the location of the apartment. There was a lot of secrecy about the location of the apartment and we did not know where we were going to stay except for the address to the check-in office. Eventually, we arrived at the apartment and it was located directly next to the train and underground rails, which we had no knowledge of. There was no indication of a railway next to our apartment during our check-in. The underground and trail passed by almost every 3 minutes, which meant a lot of noise disturbance. Also, there was no air conditioning in the apartment, which meant that we had to keep all the windows open throughout the evening, which made the noise disturbance even greater. Other than the railway, there also were two pubs next door, where people were drinking outside and causing even more disturbances. On a positive note, because of the rail way next to our apartment, underground and train stations were close by. Inside the apartment, a couple things were missing and broken as well. We did not have a bath plug in the bath, which was the reason why we specifically wanted to rent this apartment because we don't have a bath ourselves. The curtains and some lights were broken, which could easily have been fixed... Nevertheless, the stay was okay for 4 days but we wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer than that.

Forfærdeligt utrygt kvarter

Lejligheden på Cheshire Street var fin, men området var forfærdeligt. Vi følte os virkelig utrygge om aftenen. En aften måtte vi vente på politiet så vi kunne følge efter dem hjem til lejligheden, da der var slåskamp lige udenfor og der lå patroner på gaden. Vi havde 2 børn med, så det var ikke rart overhovedet. Der var enormt lydt fra gaden om natten hvor der konstant var råb, alarmer og folk der kørte ræs. Der var også virkelig langt til nærmeste undergrundsstation. - og det var absolut ikke billigt at bo i lejligheden.. Vi booker ALDRIG en lejlighed igen uden at kende adressen. Vi skulle have boet i den helt anden ende af byen. .

En virkelig ringe oplevelse. Dårlig service, have bestilt 3 lejligheder som skulle ligge samlet vi fik dem 3 forskellige steder med 15 minutter gang i mellem. Efter 3 timer diskutioner med deres mand på stedet fik han løst det så vi måtte klemme os sammen i 2 lejligheder som så lå samlet men 20 minutter i taxi fra Oxford street. En alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse.

Le seul et unique regret est l'isolation acoustique. Très bruyant Ce sont des anciens bureaux transformés en appartement Vitrine en façade Tous les bruits extérieurs ne sont absolument pas isolés. Sinon l'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Gros Émile sur la qualité du canapé-lit très inconfortable et vétuste. Hygiène du canapé limite.
