Stayed with a family of 5 and the location cant be beat! We had 5 peices of luggage and was easy to walk to Liverpool St station and take Elizabeth line to LHR. The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect. They even left a box of goodies for us (chocolates, cookies, gourmet tea, etc) Was hesitant to book due to other reivews mentioning the street noise but we used the portalable fans to create white noise so it didnt bothed us. Also, the washer was convienient and there were 2 drying racks, 1 was electric so it dried the clothes quickly in a few hrs (American mom here so was worried about not having a dryer). Only minor downside is that even though it said 3rd floor, I didnt understand that it meant it was on the 4th story, but we managed just fine with the stairs.

The apartment is very well located for a trip to the city. Walking distance to the station, surrounded by multiple food/drink options and super markets and easy commute to other stations. Also, the apartment was spotless and the kitchen was decently equipped for a quick morning cuppa. However, the bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we had a very sleepless night. Our friends sleeping on the sofa beds slept better! Also, the windows are not double glazed and the apartment is in the main high street so the whole night noise kept pouring in from people visiting the pubs to the food deliveries in the morning. So all in all, not a very pleasant sleep at all. The staff was extremely responsive to my queries at all times and have said they will look into both the issues. Hopefully, there will be actioning to make the next visitor's trip better.

Great apartment in a great location within a great walking distance to buses, tube,trains and shops all around the property. Great lively atmosphere but the apartment is very quite and private. Prefect for any travelling party.

Appartamento molto grande con finto parquet al posto della solita moquette. Riscaldamento con termosifoni elettrici, ventilatori a colonna per il caldo. Wi-fi presente e funzionante. Cucina attrezzata con microonde, forno, fuochi, macchina del caffe e kettle. Fornita di pentolame, piatti, bicchieri e posate (qualche cucchiaino in più e delle forbici sarebbero graditi). Posizione ottima a poche decine di metri dal Liverpool Station con varie linee metro ed autobus a disposizione. Ottima zona anche per ristoranti (di vario tipo, asiatici, italiani, fast food e classici pub inglesi) nonché supermarket per fare la spesa. Self check-in rapido e veloce. Manca una presa in bagno, dove c'è l'unico specchio di tutta casa, piccolo sopra il lavabo per eventuale barba, phon, piastra per capelli ecc... Terzo piano senza ascensore ma con scale di accesso abbastanza grandi. Infissi un pò vecchi che attutiscono poco il rumore proveniente da una zona centrale e quindi trafficata e rumorosa. Letto matrimoniale scomodo, il materasso affonda molto e cigola ad ogni movimento.

Excellent location to liverpool street station. Very musty smell as soon as u walked thru the door like stale smoke even tho is not allowed. Did ask numerous times for late check out but only had email the morning we were due to leave which wasnt ideal. Nice apartment otherwise
