Bonjour suite aux circonstances du coronavirus j’ai contacté de nombreuses fois le propriétaire pour obtenir un report du séjour ou un remboursement partiel . Je n’ai reçu absolument aucune réponse Said la veille de l’arrivée pour confirmer notre arrivée . Nous avions prévu ce séjour comme cadeau de noël pour nos enfant autant vous dire que la déception est grande ,.le minimum aurait été un minimum de dialogue . En résumé aucune communication aucune compassion . Je me dois de communiquer aussi sur FB de cette mauvaise expérience Abritel

Nice but misleading

Totally comfortable place with a central location. Not very up to date and some things didn’t work - my stove top was broken for example. The building is an apartment building and not very fancy from the outside. The location shown on the map is NoT where you’ll stay!! The staff was very helpful, but they are not available 24 hours.

Central location but NOT where described

First a warning: the rooms/apartments are not located at the specified address! The address is for the check-in office, and the apartments are located up to 20 minutes away by foot. My apartment was located 10 minutes walking from the check-in, which still made it very centrally located. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Some things were very well done (kitchen, shower), but there was room for improvement overall. Some things felt cheap and there weren’t any extra amenities. For example there was a coffee pot, but no filters provided. The street the apartment was located on was busy. I personally felt safe in the neighborhood, but some might not feel comfortable walking around alone, especially at night. The customer service was excellent, friendly and attentive. However, I saw them interacting with multiple customers upset about the location of the rooms, and in these cases, didn’t offer any solutions, discounts or Compensation. Overall, it was an excellent choice for me because of the location.

When arriving at the property there was not an easy way of finding the flat as the whole building was still covered in scaffold. I rang the reception of Andrew Superior and they could not really provide me any guidance. The bed in the apartment was a standard double of very poor quality, the bed sheets/duvet was too small for the bed and only one pillow provided. An ironing board was provided, but no iron! All in all I will not be using Andrew Superior again and would not recommend.

Not good enough

Had to travel 1 mile away to collect the key. On arrival I was informed there was an issue with the apt I had booked and they were sending me somewhere else!! They should have called me to inform me so i coud make other plans. They did not so I was left no option to stay in this far inferior apartment. Dirty. Not in the same area.

The place is close to transportation and supermark

The place is spacious. Good for 6 people. The only thing is there is no toilet paper.. we have to rush to get some ourself. Thank god the supermarket is close by. Transportation is walking distance. The worst part is the office is far from the actual staying place. Thank god I have the cab driver to wait or else it’s difficult to get another ride for the 6 of us.

Esperienza da dimenticare

Camere sporche dalla camera da letto al bagno. Le lenzuola non emanavano un buon profumo. L’acqua calda del tutto assente e non ne parliamo per farsi una doccia, il flusso dell’acqua molto ridotto. Anche se abbiamo sollecitato la struttura per risolvere il problema, non si è risolto nulla perché per far sì che si potesse avere l’acqua calda, è stato fatto qualcosa ai termosifoni, gli ultimi due giorni siamo stati senza riscaldamento nonostante fuori facesse freddo. Solo la posizione è buona perché vicino alla stazione Aldgate, ma nulla più.

L'appartement est bien situé à côté de la City et du métro. Grand lit assez petit, on a préféré dormir dans le canapé lit qui était plus large. Par contre, sensé être un appartement pour 4, mais que 2 《grands》lits, nous avions demandé un lit d'appoint que nous n'avons pas eu... Motre fils a dormi par terre, cela ne le dérange pas ! la propreté ok.

El departamento no esta en la dirección dónde se hace el check in, esta a 15 minutos al norte en un barrio no muy seguro, lleno de graffitis y basura.

I det stora hela är vi nöjda. Det hade varit bra om en karta skickats med vart vi skulle gå för att hitta både inchecknings gatan och lägenhets hotellet och vilket område (Tower Hill). Eftersom vi hade barnvagn med så skulle det stått att det inte fanns hiss

The property was clean and functional

Wasnt the location that was planned, and location that was offered initially was far from the location that was booked. A second location was closer and had all the facilities, but as a business user WIFI was very important, and with 1MB download and 0.26 up was basically unusable. I did mention this to the people and no response was given.

The apartment is 20 minutes from check in so that's a real pain ..The apartment we were in was on the ground floor and you can here every person walking past whilst trying to sleep ..it was a nightmare all night ..

Fantastic location, but could do with more utensils in the kitchen. The bedding was not 100% clean too. Let down what was a stunning apartment in a great place.

저희는 이 호텔이 아닌 다른 호텔, 그것도 런던의 전혀 다른 지역의 호텔로 배정받아 시내로의 접근성이 매우 힘들어 여행내내 불쾌했습니다. 우리가 묶었던 곳은 Shadwell 지하철역근처인 City docks apartment 였습니다. 그리고 이 호텔의 check-in place가 따로 있어 호텔체크인후 또다시 짐을 가지고 택시를 타고 이용해야했습니다.

DECEPTION EMPLACEMENT

Lors de la réservation depuis la France, il était noté que l'appartement se situait à Waterloo. La situation me convenant, j'ai donc opté pour ce choix. J'ai réservé et payé en ligne. Quand j'ai reçu la confirmation de réservation j'ai vu que les appartements n'était pas situés dans cette même zone. En effet, le bureau ou nous avons récupéré les clés en arrivant était situé proche de la station de Métro Aldgate East. Et l'appart en lui-même était situé à 20 minutes à pieds de là. Arrivée de nuit à l'appart au pied duquel se trouve la ligne de chemin de fer,donc autant dire que le calme n'était pas au RV. Très bel appart très spacieux, tout confort mais grosse déception quant à la situation. Si c'était à refaire je prendrai un hotel plus central comme je le souhaitait au début (Waterloo).
