The staff were helpful. We chose the area due to the bus stop being close by. There was a lot of construction going on and we could not use the bus stop. We were able to catch the bus, but it was a lot further walk. The bar was very nice. The room was wonderful. The only negative I would say is that it is a distance from the airport/central london. We had a very difficult time getting uber/lyft/bolt drivers. They would cancel on us after we booked.

Great location and clean. Minor defects such as safe broken, not only in my room but at least one other colleagues room. Some parts of hotel a little tired but others parts great including fantastic shower. Some rooms a little dark, could do with additional lights if say you had paperwork or reading to do. Lovely food and bar area including inside and outside areas. Little annoyed with things like prices on menu which were not what we were charged on checking out. Overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Room lovely but not well sound proofed and the corridor noise seemed v loud. Great location, lovely decor. We stayed for a very short time and didnt use bar or eat. However we asked if breakfast was still available at 9.55 and the staff said "I dont think so". They could have asked chef, before dismissing our query, so that left us feeling less pleased with our stay. We had a gorgeous brekky at the Anglers by the lock, so if you miss the 10am deadline try there 🙂

The property was in a great location. Loved the restaurant / bar in the ground floor. The room I had was very spacious. My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Twickenham.

Great character and service

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son at St Mary’s. Quaint hotel with lots of character and great service. All employees were very personable and we really enjoyed the onsite restaurant/pub.
