"spacy, well-maintained and clean apartment and friendly staff. Very nice location which is closed to the central part of the Milan."

"Amazing property! Just far enough away from the noise, yet close enough to take the tram and a 10 minute walk to Duomo. Extremely spacious with several supermarkets and cafes close by. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Only watch out: shower stalls are small. I do that again."

"Location is very near from Duomo and Milan's shopping area. Mini bar in room is free except alcohol. Bed is very comfortable."

"Great location . Duomo di Milano is only a few steps from the hotel. The room is large and the decoration is beautiful. The breakfast is good quality and good price."

"Muy buen trato del personal, excelente ubicación, fácil acceso a las principales zonas del centro de Milán."

"Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. "Hotel stupendo a 5 minuti a piedi dal Teatro alla Scala e da Piazza Duomo. Camera dotata di ogni confort. Colazione alla carta ottima e abbondante. Personale cortese e disponibile."

"Excellent hotel!"

"If you are searching and browsing where to stay in Milan, just STOP! The place is super nice, location is perfect and the staff is really friendly! And last but not the least THE VIEW!WOW! Was the perfect end for our 16 days in Italy!"

"スタッフ皆さんが礼儀正しく丁寧でした。随分早く到着したのですが、ジムのパウダールームとシャワーを使わせてくれて助かりました。立地もとても便利で、また次回も泊まりたいと思います。"

"Great location and wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. One minor issue was that the body wash was missing on our first day, but the team corrected it promptly the next morning. We will certainly stay here again!"

"What a terrible hotel. Rooms are small, all the lights are fluorescent, felt like living in a store window. Other than the location close to the Duomo, the hotel was disappointing in every way. The size, the view into the dirty central courtyard, and especially the €100 surcharge for checking in after midnight. If I knew this beforehand I would never have booked this hotel. Very deceptive."
