This hotel is beautiful. It was definitely a 5 star experience. The service was amazing from the porters and maids to the concierge and front desk. The restaurants we very good and the location can’t be beat. It was literally steps from the Duomo and the main shopping district. I would highly recommend it but it is expensive.

Really sweet staff and close to Duomo

It was such a fun experience. They gave me champagne fruit and a VERY SWEET card the first night!! Top Notch Very close to the Duomo and I walked a lot while I was there. Super friendly kind staff. Their breakfast downstairs is in the prettiest room too. Best cappuccino I’ve ever had! I had a big tub and they gave me yummy bath salts and their products are really nice!! The only bummer was my room was on the courtyard below the restaurant and it was loud a few nights until after midnight. Tough to sleep when you have jet lag otherwise it was GREAT!

Just got home from our fantastic trip to Italy with Milan as the final leg of our trip. This property served as the grand finale with the ultra modern room and amenities, outstanding restaurant and outdoor bar, and perhaps best of all, the outstanding staff. The hotel staff is elite and one of the best most accommodating and helpful staffs I’ve ever experienced (Seoul’s Grand Hyatt being the other). Daniel and his female colleague whose name escapes me at the concierge desk was simply first rate in all their recommendations. So was the front desk staff at check in who made us feel like royalty, and the front desk staffer who was so spot on on her recommendation of a local brand shopping area (near Brera) for what we were looking for. The female restaurant manager whose name I didn’t catch was so helpful and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is hard to beat (less than a football field walk to the Duomo) and shopping and restaurants. Bathroom was amazing and room came with every amenity imaginable from state of the steamer and some hair curling device I don’t know about but she appreciated.

Staff are good

Staff was very professional and good. Especially the lady in concierge was very helpful and kind. The cafe inside the hotel has very delicious croaissants. But the road construction beside the hotel was noisy and disturbed me.

This is a beautiful renovated hotel with a wonderful terrace and a great staff. However the side of the building we stayed at is extremely noisy. There is a city tram that drives by every 20 min and vibrates and make this unpleasant sound which makes it extremely hard to sleep. I thought it will be fine at night time but it operates 24/7. Expedia mentions that there is a train station near by but I couldn’t find any reviews mentioning that. The property agreed to cancel our second night but Expedia refuses to refund the reservation since its on me to do this due diligence apparently. Very disappointed fir this level of hotel at this price point.

O Hotel foi condicionado onde antes era uma SEGURADORA, então a fachada do próprio HOTEL prejudicada sua visibilidade. FICA NUM CRUZAMENTO CENTRAL DE ÔNIBUS ELÉTRICOS, VEÍCULOS, MOTOS, PESSOAS... UMA LOUCURA COM SAÍDAS E ENTRADAS PARA TODOS LADOS. NÃO ACONSELHO SE HOSPEDAR SE TIVER COM VEÍCULO, APESAR DO ESTACIONAMENTO SER DISPONIBILIZADO A 80 EUROS DIÁRIA.
