"Great location and cool rooftop. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite and a room for 2 families. We reserved the pool and spa area just for our party and had a great time. Everything was very nice only one thing the servers at the rooftop take forever no exaggeration:) I would stay again at this property you are 1/2 a block from all the action. Concierge made good suggestion for restaurants and valet were fantastic!"

"Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff...

The staff were super meeting every need and even ensuring that our health issues were not going to be a problem the moment we got there. "Perfect size and location in a clean and friendly hotel. It’s on a lovely quiet side street that’s just minutes from the castle, duomo, galleria, shopping and restaurants. Our air conditioner was a little slow to start after a long and hot walking tour, but the hotel staff quickly fixed it. Would definitely stay here again"
