Fabulous apartment and guest experience

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a truly great location. Super clean, very easy check in process, and amazing responsive staff to any and all communications. I always felt like there was someone I could talk to immediately for any questions or issues. It is a "touchless" check in, in that there isn't a person at a front desk, but the staff at Heart Milano were amazing and helped with every step of the journey, including setting up a driver to take us to the airport on our last day. I give this experience 5 stars.

The amenities in the apartment were great. 2 outdoor, covered dining spaces, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a meal. Spacious rooms were a big plus when traveling with kids. Host was super responsive.

Super apartment in a great location. This is a great option for a visit to Milan, it’s clean, modern, secure and very close to the city centre. It’s on a square with restaurants and a few locals bars on the doorstep.
