"Front staff amazing ! Friendly and helpful ! Close to Kyoto station . Great room with fun bunkbeds but still giving space to relax after long hot humid days ! Added fun with the rent out of a chess board and massage device 😊. Enjoyed the barley tea for tea time !!! Recommend for families who want space and have teens . Added bonus of laundry on site . Thanks for some great memories !! Also the matcha cookies was a great incentive to an avoid unnecessary housekeeping 😉😊 delicious !!!!"
"Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and were able to speak English allowing for easy check-in/out. Amenities did include a private bath that could be reserved. It was a short walk from Kyoto station which was great for commuting."
"Stayed here about a week with my brother and I must say this was a fantastic choice. Located less than 5 minutes away from the Gojo train station, it is right next to alot of amenities so you can walk or commute to wherever you need to get. It's also one stop away from Kyoto station, so long distance travel is alot easier.
Being an aparthotel it's larger than that standard Japanese hotel which was great. It had everything we needed and had plenty of space to feel comfortable.

"Hidden gem near Kyoto station about a 10-12 minute walk. The rooms are spacious enough for 3 people as the rooms have a pull out couch. Staff and service was nice. Close to a lot of places. Bathrooms were also spacious, they were a shower-tub fusion but could have been a bit cleaner. "
