"Overall, the room was excellent. It was a great experience and will for sure book again if I visit Kyoto. The wooden deep soak tub was the highlight of our stay. It was soooo relaxing. Close to some sightseeing places, just a bus away. The staff was excellent on communicating. Will highly recommend this place! "

"A short walk from Kyoto station, very convenient! The room was modern with an amazing view of temples in the city and mountains in the background. Walkable to plenty of food and shopping! Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was decent (get there early in the morning!)"

"Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay. I liked how it was close to everything including the train station. Their buffet has great variety. Would stay again!"
"This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The hotel is new and clean. We got the room with 4 twin beds and it was great for our family to have our own beds. The bathroom is also spacious. The onsen was great!! It has 3 tubs with different temperatures with lots of shower space. The locker room was big and has a few vanity areas. The laundry has 4 machines but we still had to wait for our turn but it was not too bad. The hotel has direct access to the train station which is nice. The lower floors has a few restaurants to choose from which is great! There’s also some activities you can do at the main floor and they also sell snacks. The hotel is right beside a 7-Eleven which was very convenient."
"Staff are very nice and speak English well. They helped me forward my luggage as I checked out. It’s very close to the station, about a 5-7 minute walk. There’s an underground mall called Porta that has lots of food options, as well as shopping. There’s no laundry at this hotel so we went to a laundromat about 10 minutes walk to do it. "
"This hotel was amazing. It was clean and modern. The restaurant was great as were the staff. Couple things to be aware of. Lots of kids which isn’t a bad thing but noise travels really easily in the hotel. You can hear everything. The second is the proximity to the train. While it appears close to the Kyoto station it can be a pain as the station closest is a local station and doesn’t come very frequently. All that said I’d still stay here "
