The staff, location and breakfast were amazing.best breakfast we have had in Japan so far with a fantastic selection of fresh food. We were disappointed by the spa service which after requesting strong pressure, both of us felt like we had a very gentle rub and felt very little difference after leaving. We would not return to the spa. My husband needed different bedding because he is allergic to the down comforter and was provided a pillow and blanket you might get from your airplane travel. This was also very disappointing given the price of the room and how it overall changed him feeling tired when he woke. Those that did not have to exchange their bedding thoroughly enjoyed the very fluffy and soft bedding and woke very restful. The location was a big plus!!
