Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. "湯畑からは少し坂を歩くので、雪の季節はブーツ必須ですが、ホテルからの雪景色もとても美しく、ホテルの中もとてもキレイで、細やかな気配り、オシャレなインテリアなど、静かで落ち着いた滞在ができました。
お風呂も源泉でとても気持ちいいです。

"Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. Food was ample and tasty (traditional Japanese foods) and served in the privacy of the room.
Pillows are traditional Japanese style (small and somewhat hard) so I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer a larger and softer pillow.
Website is not clear, but rooms have sinks and toilets, but the bath (onsen style) is shared. Ample parking and great...

Glad that I had chosen this hotel. It’s so convenient. Within walking distance from the Bus Station and Yubatake.

"One night was definitely not enough! Clean room, great amenities, a wide variety of delicious buffet options, and three relaxing hot springs. I did notice a comment about one of the baths, which I understand, but the water quality was still excellent and very soothing.
Special thanks to Mr. Kakumoto for his friendliness and exceptional service truly went above and beyond!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.
