Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Our family of four had an amazing time at Konansou! I had emailed them prior to arrival to inquire about local transportation options to Mt Fuji and they arranged everything. The time spent at the Onsen was heavenly. The meal was extraordinary. We had left behind something in our room and they arranged to get it to us before our trip ended.
