Room was big enough for two. The free buffet breakfast was delightful. And the shuttle bus to the train station was so easy and convenient.

The shuttle bus service from the station was fantastic. All their people were very friendly and helpful. We had the best view of Mt. Fuji. Great place to visit especially Lake Kawaguchiko.
Fantastic
This lake is very nice. This hotel is very nice, too.
Best attraction is Mount Fuji view, but if it’s cloud/raining you will not see it.
It was a nice location, shame about the heavy cloud cover and rain so we couldn't see Mt Fuji clearly. There were a few things to do in the area that didn't involve the mountain but not many. The hotel was nice and the Japanese onsen was worth it.
