"Great onsen - just the hot springs are worth staying there. The hotel itself is slightly outdated and may need some touch up work, but it looks very traditional and very clean. They won't let you into the hotel without taking your shoes and providing sleepers (which are too small for one of us). Everyone in the hotel is extremely polite."

"JR神戸駅地下から近くて便利なホテルです。ハーバーランドやガス燈通りも歩いてすぐなので大好きなハーバーランドの夜景を見ることができ、良かったです。部屋の窓からは山側だったので駅のホームがすぐ下に見える位で眺望は期待できないかな。
施設は大浴場が思ってたより大きくてプールの様な細長い感じですが、とても入りやすく、シャワーブースもゆとりがありゆったりしてて使いやすい。ホテル全体は改装されてるので綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋も広くてベッドの寝心地が久しぶりに良かったです。
マイナス要因は朝食ビュッフェかな。3,800円にしては他のホテルに比べて種類が少ない。他のホテルに泊まった時の無料のビュッフェに近く個性はないのが残念。スタッフの対応は悪くないです。あとはデスクに椅子がないのか不便なのと、コーヒーがインスタント。総合的には使いやすいホテルでよかったです。リピートありかなと思います。"
