"This condo was very clean, and well equipped for all our needs. It was very quiet, but only a few hundred metres from south Pattaya night life. There’s a quite well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and a pool on the third floor. A very pleasant stay at a very affordable price. "

"I really wanted to love this place but I just liked it, the building looks cool and great security at the entrance but once in the room it was a little disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable, the WiFi didn’t work and the room was much smaller than expected. "Not worth at all. No lift available so had to walk those long stairs up and down all the time. Old and not maintained at all. Was smelling bad the first night so had to blow fan all day and night. Had worst experience staying with my kid and wife. Dont rent this place. Terrible."

"Very little to like about this property. Charged 4k baht upon check in. What for I don't know. Bedswas as hard as a door, completely ruined my back. The shower hose leaked constantly and the bed sheets had cigarette holes in them. Left after six days when the aircon broke down and dripped water all over the floor."
