The best place i have been to

Well ive been all over pattaya for a fair few years and i can safely say this place has absolutely everything i need. Privacy, great hosts, friendly staff always. Not so noisy, close to everything, lovely room. Regular housekeeping and affordable. Absolutely delightful

Fantastic value. Great location only 1/2 mile from the beach . Super clean and super friendly and Very helpful. Apartment has a Olympic size swimming pool .nice kitchen . Your backyard is a park with A Large tourist attraction Buddhist temple and town overlook .

The apartment was big and spacious. The kitchen gets hot. The work on the place a little and the lighting on the darker side but safe. You have access to a very large pool and a ton of good restaurants. MJs food and drinks are across the street. My only gripe was the datedness. I love the Buddha statues and art. Price is on point.

Nice place but beware the traffic noise.

Very nice apartment, everything worked very well including cable and internet, good value considering it was a one bedroom with one full bath plus a powder room. Large swimming pool, water seemed clean, not crowded but needed more reclining deck chairs instead of straight-back chairs, chairs were uncomfortably hard and needed cleaning. Downside was that the constant traffic noise from Pratamnak Road hill was absolutely horrendous, even by Pattaya standards. Awakened multiple times thru the night by motorbike noise.

Old building in good condition. No elevator as said in the description of the hotel. 1 floors is the equivalent of 1 floor and 1/2. Staff very nice and accommodating. I will stay again next time i go if the price is the same.

The place is old but ok, the prices is good, the personels really nice. Bad side is it have no elevator, i am ok with no elevator for renting an 2 and 1/2 appartement, dinning room and reste room togetter and a door to go to the bed room. And 1 floor is the equivalent to do 1 and a half floor. Really good hotel.

On nous a donné les clés, montré la petit pancarte avec le code du Wifi et puis c'est tout. Les draps semblaient propres mais tâchés de partout. Le miroir était également couvert de traces de doigts. Pas de savon, ou même de torchon pour un appartement. Propreté décevante malgré la bonne localisation.

The place is quite outdated, other than rooms are spacious, staircase needs vacuuming and bathroom walls needs a good scrubbing! Be warn, there are no elevators, we had to carry all our luggage up many flights of stairs...thank goodness we got help from the guys who gave us the keys!!!

I stayed in a small studio in building 2. Friendly family owner. No problems, but if you want a really quiet place out of the road - look somewhere else, as as a light sleeper when sober I could hear airconditioner, fan, electric switch board, neighbours passing by my room and people talking in the reception area in the morning before 12pm.

I have stayed at this apartment many times. Although I enjoy the location and familiar surroundings I may have to look for other accommodations on my next trip. The pool was being redone which is a plus. So I don't fault property for that. But no swimming. The furniture is starting to age badly, the mattress is a bit bumpy and uncomfortable. The internet was good. Having a kitchen was always a plus. I think there are new people running the day to day of the actual apartment block I was in. Overall decent place to stay for the price, but there are other options at other venues at the same price. Plus: Laundry service, internet, kitchen, parking, location. Negatives: Old wore out furniture, uncomfortable mattress, just needs some updating. So they can be competive in their price bracket.

このホテルには過去に２回泊まっている。今回は２週間滞在しました。 良かった点 ・マウンテンビューの部屋は静かで快適。 ・スタッフはフレンドリーで気分がいい。 良くなかった点 ・このホテルの最大の魅力である大きなスイミングプールは壊れていて泳げなかった。 ・セフティーボックスの鍵が壊れていて使えなかった。セフティーボックスは滞在中に修理されなかった。 スイミングプールが壊れている事は事前に知りたかったが、ネガティブな情報は予約サイトに告知されることも無く、予約後も特に連絡は無かった。少し不満です。 全体的には快適で再び泊まりたいと思うが、スイミングプールが使えるか確認する事は必要。

The bath room is to small , you can not take a shower and use the toilet at the same time. The people looking after the place were great. The pool is shared by 3 properties it was green and you coul not swim in it.

There are lots of great hotels in pattaya, this is not one of them. Go elsewhere. It's beyond unclean. Staff are nice, thats about all it has going for it.

Excellence has a new definition

I am a Travel Agent who traveled to Thailand to share my vacation experience. This hotel literally did everything for me complimentary. I asked to do laundry, and was told it would be done for me. I did not have to do anything in my stay, but enjoy myself. The staff made it just magnificent. They even arranged a taxi for me cheaper than what I had ever paid in my travels to Thailand. This condo/vacation rental was a gem. Affordable, but with all the luxury I would want in my stay. If you’re looking to be treated well, and in a good location, this spacious accommodation is right for you. I assure you my clients will have this as an option.

Got better with time

My Fiancé and I stayed 17 nights here through the Christmas and New Year Holiday. When we first checked in my first impressions were the place could use a little TLC. The TV reception wasn't always clear, the shower head randomly scattered the water and there was no rice maker in the kitchenette. That being said , the staff were super good. They cleaned the apartment every day really well (they even did our dishes.) We got fresh towels every day and they had no problems lending us extras for the beach. They helped with the bags. Laundry was 100 baht per load and came back the next day clean pressed and ironed! We were both very impressed. The location is pretty good, rent a scooter or hire a motor bike taxi just outside the door for short 2 minute runs to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although quality is certainly varied. We would stay here again without question. It's worth the money for a short or long stay. Tell the taxi driver Pratumnak , the top of Soi 5.
