"I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Good location and comfy bed, however there are few things that could be changed to make it more livable. There's a stupid guitar amp that has absolutely no use, they could have spent that money on a mini-fridge and kettle instead. Shower is cramped unless you happen to be child! It was okay but I would not book again."

"Well located, very close to supermarket. Staff was very nice and willing to help."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon in April and had a great experience! A great area of town and very kind staff made it a great experience for us. The room was small, but very nice and clean. We would stay here again if we come back to London!"

"Stayed in a beautiful well located 2 bedroom apartment. Recently built, but were some minor disappointments. The front window would not close fully and so noise from the street was loud. The tile in the bathroom was cracked in multple ways and so felt like it moved when stepped on. The dishwasher upper level was not stable. However, I would still recommend."

"This hotel is a classic boutique property with an unbeatable location near major cultural landmarks, warm service, and great breakfast.I loved the ammenities and the staff were stellar."

"The room was large and well appointed for a London hotel."

"Great location. Lovely veranda."

"Excellent stay in a very nice location! Apartment was clean and comfy. Small minus is that only one room had a bed where two adults can sleep comfortably - three other rooms had smaller beds. But everything was clean and the host replied very fast to all of my questions. Would definitely stay again with a smaller group!"

"I felt welcomed and comfortable at Vancouver Studios. Communication was clear, and the staff people were friendly and helpful. The room met my needs. Has I been there longer I would have used the kitchenette. I was a bit concerned about street noise, but I didn’t need to worry. Things quieted down each night, and I slept well. I appreciated the garden, parlor, and gym. The neighborhood is great for walking, eating, and getting to other parts of London. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great breakfast in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff and interesting decor. Bathroom a little dated and needed some tlc."

"Reception was really helpful and great, Room was lovely, clean, well presented and really nice. Location great, only downside was outside noise during the night but it is London so like many cities it is noisy and nothing hotel can do. Also be aware they take a security deposit even though we had paid in full - which we need to see come back…"

"Great customer-service by all staff! Hotel is nice and quaint. Great location, near to subway and within walking distance to museums and local pubs."

"Wonderful hospitality"

"Bett war gut, aber uns zu klein. Frühstück kostet £21,00 pro Person - so viele warme Speisen wie man möchte! Wir können daher zum Essen im Hotel raten. Das Personal, mit denen wir in Kontakt gekommen sind, durch die Bank, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder."
