"We had terrible weather and the beach was closed the whole time we were there but not even that could dampen our spirits as the hotel was fantastic!. We stayed in the Thani wing in an ocean view junior suit. We weren’t on a package but we found each of the food outlets to be reasonable. We travelled with our 7 year old and he absolutely loved. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - food was amazing - facilities excellent. It was so good we had planned to stay in another hotel in Khao lak for a week after our stay but we stayed only one night and went back to Katathani. Definitely recommend it to others!"

"Really good experience. Fantastic welcome with ice cream and drink. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. Would have been absolute perfect if the lift wasn’t broken"
