I feel very very comfortable here and cosy. The room and the toilet especially are very clean. Even the rest of my family love this place. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip.

rooms area clean, but there is no shop around the hotel within walking distance. No convenience stall and not much food variety on the cafe

Spacious room, gave off a comfortable feeling upon stepping in the room. Beds was clean,towel was clean, toilet and shower area was clean and spacious. The only down point is the toilet bowl gave off odour at the start but after half a day the odour dispensed. In a nut shell the room and environment is quite good and would definitely chopse this accomodation when re visiting JB

This is my third time staying here and I generally enjoy staying at this hotel. This time unfortunately it seemed that my room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still food from from the previous occupant in the fridge and the shower had quite a few hairs in it.

So far i love the spacious room with pantry corner, with nice view outside and the room was very clean. The staff were nice, courteous and very helpful. In fact i just recommended this hotel to my siblings for our next trip. Thank you Capri.

This place is garbage stay away
Noisy hallways, randomly left us on 6th floor and other half of family on 29th, we booked last minute and then tried to cancel second night wouldn’t consider, construction and noise outside, horrible views, only thing nearby is immigration border crossing. Never again

Nice Property Near Causeway
Well appointed property that's just next to Malaysian CIQ. Room was big and comfortable and it looked very new. Price was very reasonable for what I experienced.

Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended
Firstly, it is very difficult to reach the hotel. It’s too near for Grab (driver was upset), too difficult and dangerous to walk over. Shuttle bus not working due to “breakdown”. Secondly, the sink and shower area draining has issue. Called the reception and was first sent housekeeping then the “engineer”. Engineer brought a plunger and the sink has a lot of gunk coming out. Gross. As for the shower area, nothing came up and drainage issue still persist. Tried showering and the water level was above ankle. Called again and engineer came - he mentioned that all other rooms faced the same issue, even after we showed them the video of the flooding. Do not book unless you are ok with your shower area flooding. Thirdly, toilet and sofa is pretty dirty. Used a tissue to wipe the sink area and it turned grey. Sofa wise, has a lot stains and spots. Lastly, do note that at 5.50am, there will be loud sound that last for 30mins or so. Loud enough to keep us up for the entire period. You should write this in the hotel description so that we can avoid booking

The staff was professional, place was clean. The issue was the design and facilities. Eg, the drawrr above the kitchenette sink was too short, and kept bumping into it when washing hand. The guest lift and service lifet and carpark basement had no ventilation. Lift felt dangerous when there were many guests in the lift as there was no air flow inside.

Clean and comfortable hotel
Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful towards us! Enjoyed my stay here. Located within walking distance to CIQ and City square / JBCC if you don’t mind jay walking for 5mins. Recommend to take grab if travelling with kids.
