"Excellent experience!"

"Hotel had an amazing central location. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable."

"What a great hotel to stay at! Bed was cozy and comfortable! Great location and staff was so friendly and helpful! We will be back!"

"The staff were all very accommodating and the property is very clean."

"Clean"

"This was a great location right across from the Embarcadero. I stayed in a king bed room with Ferry bldg view which had a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge. The room was comfortable yet small with a descent size bathroom. The hotel was very nice and front desk was pleasant. I would stay here again."

"Bumped up to 4 from 2 stars since at the end staff was helpful. Parking cost of $60+ was outrageous and overheated broken thermostat was just terrible. Enough to not want to stay there again."

"Everything was clean and it has everything nearly by"

"The rooms were lovely, food good, and staff helpful. Location was perfect!"

"The hotel does not offer parking, which was inconvenient. Since there is a public parking lot adjacent to the property, it would be helpful if the hotel had a partnership or discount arrangement for guests. Additionally, the rooms are quite limited in space. For two people, the room can feel cramped and somewhat uncomfortable during your stay."
